All our orders are dispatched, from our warehouse in Sweden, on the same day if ordered before 12 noon CET. Eg: An order placed on a Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will be dispatched on the following Monday. The expected delivery time is based on normal service. This does not account for disruptions to normal service by individual carriers.
You will be able to track your order from dispatch to delivery. International orders using standard shipping will be passed on to local carriers and you will be able to track your order through the local courier link.

Europe: €6.90. Free shipping from €60.
Rest of world: €19.90. Free shipping from €100.
If you live outside the EU you will be eligible to pay custom fees. These differ from country to country and it's best if you investigate this before purchasing. Any fees charged by your customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Delayed or lost orders:
We consider a parcel to be lost after it has been in the postal system for 20 days. Although orders normally take much less time to ship, we are not able to send a replacement order until the time has elapsed.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you should be contacted by the local delivery company in order to arrange another try for delivery.
We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products but not for the shipping charge.
Wrong or incomplete address:
If your package is returned to us due to incomplete address we will refund you for the cost of the products but not the shipping costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Policy - Due to the nature of most of our products being food and perishable, we do not accept any returns once a package has been delivered and accepted.
Damages & issues:
Please inspect your order when you've received it. If it's defective, damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately, providing your order number and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then evaluate and resolve to make it right.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected the defective case photos. Once the claim has been approved we will refund your money to your original payment method. It will take around 10 business days to see the money land in your account again - depending on what bank and payment method that was used to make the purchase.
